Portal Terms of Use

These Portal Terms govern access to the REMIXED Portal. You must be authorized by the organization associated with your account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining accurate account information and promptly notifying REMIXED of suspected unauthorized access.

Portal records, approvals, electronic signatures, comments, uploads, scheduling actions and payment activity may be retained as business records. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful or malicious content, or access information belonging to another organization.

Commercial services, fees, intellectual-property rights, renewal and termination are governed by the accepted Quote and invoices, not these Portal Terms. REMIXED may suspend portal access to protect security, comply with law or enforce an accepted commercial agreement.

Electronic Records and Signatures. By checking the acceptance box and activating your account, you consent to conduct portal transactions electronically and to receive agreements, notices and records in electronic form. You may download or print records before approving them. Access requires a current web browser, an internet connection and an email account capable of receiving portal notices. You may withdraw consent to future electronic transactions by sending written notice to REMIXED, although withdrawal may prevent continued portal use and does not affect the validity of records or signatures completed before withdrawal.
